Made it to Florence

We're in Florence! A day late after an unexpected overnight in Munich -- our flight from San Francisco was delayed two hours because half the toilets weren't working and they had to offload half the coach passengers -- but we're here, and it's beautiful. Our hotel is right outside the Ponte Veccio.

We checked in, then checked out the "Human" sculpture exhibit by Antony Gormley at Forte Belvedere.
